H	Hussein Haji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible clinic, horrible staff, horrible customer service. We took our cat to this clinic, they diagnosed him with a possible upper respiratory tract infection, and prescribed him a course of antibiotics. We had a followup about a week later via phone, and the Doctor asked us to come in to pick up more antibiotics. We were under the understanding that the antibiotic extension was covered by the first fee we had paid as the Doctor nor the staff indicated or said otherwise (I guess informed consent doesn't exist at this clinic). We picked up the antibiotics, and while we were there no one mentioned or asked for an additional fee or payment (although we were there for quite some time waiting). Our cat proceeded to have an emergency a couple days later, and when we phoned to ask for his medical records, we were accosted by the extremely rude receptionist who demanded we pay for a fee we were never told about. She insisted we provide her with our credit card. When we received the records, there was a line in the records implying we had ran away from the clinic without paying for the antibiotics, making it sound like we were criminals of some sort. Highly unprofessional clinic! I asked for a call back from the manager, and got.. you guessed it.. nothing. I asked for the receptionist's name and she... you guessed it.. hung up on me. Stay away from this mess of a clinic and go elsewhere.
N	Natalie Forman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING. This clinic only cares for the four-legged family members of people who have the wealth and privilege of owning a vehicle. I am not one of these people, and despite the fact that I was reassured by the clinic staff IN ADVANCE that I would be able to accompany my Annie in for her appointment, I was not granted such “luxury”. I had to carry my dog to the clinic because it was too cold for her to walk, only to be told at the door that I could not come in - despite the negative 15 degree weather - and had it suggested to me that I walk home. I have jumped through this clinic’s Covid-related hoops over the last two years but apparently the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent there and the loyalty I’ve shown their business amounts to absolutely nothing. Any company in the business of offering care to ANYONE should have alternate arrangements available for those of us who can’t afford a vehicle of their own, or to hire one. I’m fully vaccinated. I did my due diligence. It’s not fair, and it’s not right, and I’d really like to know where the HUMANITY IS.

We are a 2 1/2 dog household (1 large male King Shepherd a long hair gsd puppy and a older pomchi) They will all be looked after Dr Burant.

We have always thought very highly of the vets that we have met along the way. A few days ago it was suggested by one of your receptionists that we could go to another clinic. We did and found their receptionist to be far more friendly and professional. We therefore will no longer require your services. Please cancel all future appointments.

My parents took their beagles here for years and we have had nothing but great experiences. All of the staff and vets here are amazing but Dr. Burant stands out as an incredible and empathetic person who clearly loves animals and always explains everything you need to know about your pets health in detail. I will always feel comfortable putting my trust in this clinic.

The team have helped me through the sudden death of my cat and the ongoing care of my dog (and a friend's dog that I cared for for 6 months.) I always feel that me and my pet's needs are listened to and taken seriously, I receive excellent education at each visit and resources for further learning, and my pets are cared for warmly and professionally. My dog is always excited to go to the vet because he gets to see his friends and have treats! Thank you Mill Creek Animal Hospital for the great treatment!
