There is only one way to acquire the skills needed to become an artisan baker, it is called <repetition>. Artisan baking is learned by repeating the same gestures (folding of the dough, mixing, baking etc. until they are mastered. For myself, it has been well over 20 years, with health and luck I will be at it for another 20 years. My son Kenny has been raised in the bakery since the age of 12 he has been involved. He joined the business full time 5 years ago and is now the Head Baker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the pastries we got from the bakery. Staff were friendly, lots of options for loaves of bread, maybe I'll try them next time. We were in a mood for freshly baked pastries that day. All of them were delicious, although I would pass on the chocolate croissant (they're generally underwhelming) the croissant aspect of it was fine, the chocolate is always the disappointing part. This has nothing to do with the bakery it's more a personal dislike of the chocolate croissant in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect place to find good bread that reminds of European style bread and lots of cheese coming from all over Europe.. except Italy unfortunately.. that is why the 4 star instead of 5. Quality is good and have a great choice of French cheese. Pastry is good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product here is fantastic and of consistent quality. I am a fan of the Harvest Grain Sourdough and the Sour Cherry Danish. The service is always excellent and polite. The bakery is well lit with lots of natural light and always smells fantastic with fresh baked goods. There are also options to have the loaves sliced or left whole. The only suggestion I have is to get here early as they do tend to sell out of the favorites early on in the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING! Got there around 9am and they had fresh baked traditional sourdough bread. The guy who sold me the bread said "open up the bag when you get a chance to let the steam out", and OH BOY, the smell! That bread smelled and tasted delicious. Also got the apple and peach danish to surprise my boyfriend with a little breakfast. HE LOVED IT TOO! The peach danish is buttery, airy and has a great bite. IT TASTED LIKE HEAVEN. Just moved to the neighborhood... one taste, and I'm an instant regular. Will definitley be coming back.

They do make super good products
But have a look at photos of the croissants
The small dark overcooked
And over priced one is from bonjour.
The bigger and better one is from a competitor
And cost less.
Bonjour put the price up and size down!
