Customer service staff is helpful and very underpaid. because of managements refusal to hire security, staff confessed to me that they do not feel safe enforcing mask regulations and have been faced with physical violence from customers because of the rules. putting money before the physical safety of their staff and customers
P	Pam Kirby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closest grocery store in the area. Limited parking but they do have a parking lot. Perfect for essentials and speciality items believe it or not. Just Egg is hard to find but this grocery was listed as a vendor on the official website. After a little help from an employee I found them in the frozen vegetable section. Another item that was specially, wheat crunch. Not clearly labeled but after a little searching and assistance from a different employee I found the item! Give yourself a little extra time at the check outs as there's usually only one or two tills open. I will say the employees are most of the reason I come back. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Out of a lot of regular shelf items during busy times although the staff was actively restocking , just couldn't totally keep up. My son shops here regularly and likes the prices.

But, you can get through the store pretty quickly and it is reasonably easy to navigate as it isn't that big. Great place to go if you only have a few items to pick up on the run.

The area is quite busy but honestly the traffic inside flows rather nicely and has never been overwhelming from my experiences. Their produce section is larger than other locations as well.

J	Justina Sch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An essential part of the Strathcona community, I’ve been grocery shopping here for years, it’s always clean and the service is very efficient. All the staff are extremely friendly, they have a good variety that caters to the diverse demographic that lives nearby so I am always happy to shop there. Though recently I have noticed that some produce (specifically cilantro) is arriving dirtier than usual but that’s on the suppliers end, and the vegetables aren’t always very fresh. But the prices are more reasonable than other places. Definitely stop by here (it’ll probably be your main grocery store if you live by here, and don’t have a car and that’s OK because they’re always well stocked!)
