L	Laura Macneil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place 6 stars... I would. As soon as you walk in you can smell freshly baked cinnamon buns...and just the smell alone is amazing. The lady working greeted us the second we walked in! She was so cheery!!!! There were so many options that it was almost overwhelming!!!! Mine was strawberry cheesecake (cream cheese icing, whipped cream, strawberries and graham crackers). AMAZING! Hands down the best cinnamon bun I have ever tasted in my life!!!!!! They also have a tablet in store to sign up for their points program! I'm so glad I don't have to carry around another points card!!! The store was so clean and there was a ton of space to sit! Prices are reasonable (starting at $5.25- I posted a pic of menu!) If you are looking for a sweet treat on Whyte ave.... Cinnaholic is definitely where you want to go!!!!!! Thanks for the amazing service!

Restaurant was properly setup to allow for social distancing and the staff was wonderful. Nov 2019 Visit: Delicious. So many different varieties of cinnamon bun to choose from had a hard time picking just one each. Large sized servings with a lot of delicious toppings on top. Stopped on a random suggestion for dessert by google maps and I'm glad we did.
K	Kelsea Ivanyshyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place, and I visit quite frequently. Definitely prefer this location over the Downtown one, as the staff are much friendlier and more helpful. There are a few tables to sit at, 6 feet apart of course, and I appreciate being able to sit down and enjoy my food. I usually get the same order every time - old school roll with strawberries, bananas and marshmallows - and it is always amazing. Recently tried their new pizza rolls and I loved them so much I ended up getting another one in the same visit. I find the place to be clean and inviting. Always greeted with a hello and a smile. Will be back soon!

J	Jayci Shkopich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey guys still putting 5 stars because I know this wouldn't bother most people - I ordered to build your own custom option because I didn't want the chocolate drizzle and most of them had chocolate drizzle in the picture. I was wanting to pick the exact stuff I wanted on my bun to avoid the drizzle only to get my order and see it comes automatically with chocolate drizzle and they don't tell you! Just to warn my fellow foodies who aren't into chocolate sauce. Mine went straight in the bin :(

The staff we super friendly and took time to explain their menu and how it works. 5-starts for the staff and customer service skills. My issue is with the actual products. The bun itself was cold, and stale. The toppings were also cold, no dripping icing or warm taste to mimic an actual caramel apple pie. The mocha and hot chocolate were served lukewarm at best. The hot chocolate was so powdery I actually couldn’t have more than a few sips and had to throw it out. For almost $20 on three small items I expected to be blown away with the flavours, texture, and quality. Did not get that from this experience. With all the other dessert shops in the Whyte Ave area (some who serve hot, fresh cinnamon buns), I would not recommend this one above the rest (unless you love the product they have).
