★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication and management among the building manager and the occupants. Building manager does not reply to text messages or concerns of the renters. If she does respond its usually in a vague and unprofessional manner. More than 3 residents have gotten a electricity bill worth over 500 dollars over the span of 3 months. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Even for a studio apartment? OBSURD I'd say...
