★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the reason for our visit was a very sad one: our beloved family dog had to be put asleep. I couldn’t be there in person, but my family told me that they received the most caring and compassionate service, while our Dog Duna was treated with love and respect. My part in the process was to book the appointment and hence I would like to use this opportunity to thank Jo, the person who spent about a half an hour with me on the phone and was extremely patient and understanding when I struggled to provide all the necessary information and details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as buying food for your pet from here goes, avoid it. Every single time I pick up food it seems to cost a different price..vastly different. Obviously the staff doesn't understand their system very well? Then when I bring it to her attention no reason behind why she almost charged me 12$ more just "oh last time you paid this much so I guess we'll just charge you the same as last time" um can you not confirm the actual price? Online it's 49..in store anywhere between 50-72$ for the same bag. I will buy the food online from now on so I can pay the correct price everytime.

However, we do buy his food here and the staff are always most kind and those who know our pet, often inquire about him. We have used their veterinary services in the past and have never been disappointed. I would totally recommend.
