★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never told me about the 14 day return policy, and I had bought items in anticipation of a surgery a month in advance, and after purchasing the items I took them to my surgeon to confirm the items were correct, and they weren’t. They would not return the items or even entertain the idea of a refund. I took a specific list in from my doctor, and they provided me with the wrong things and now I’m out $100.

I have nothing but praises for this group, especially Dulcina, with whom I mostly deal (actually, I ask for her whenever I call). These guys are
professional, understanding, willing to work with customer to resolve whatever issues there may be. Furthermore, they always deliver within the time frame specified, and the offer variety of products.

Thankfully the type she likes is usually in stock, but the few instances when it was on backorder, they were very helpful in finding another brand that she was comfortable with by offering samples to try. We would highly recommend this store for your homecare needs.

Called about a concern I have about a product that causes a physical reaction on my son to get a flippant “you get what you get and be thankful” attitude on the phone. I myself have severe phone anxiety and autism, so calling in the first place is a huge deal. It’s not like I don’t have a reason to require this product in the first place, I don’t need to be made to feel like poop because I asked about the product I specifically asked for due to allergy reasons, but the response I got was that of cold and uncaring. Just because you don’t know about a product doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. If I didn’t have to resort to aids to daily living, I would avoid at all costs for ones own mental health.
Edit: Thank you for suck a quick response Don Congdon. I look forward to hearing back and I appreciate the transparency. I hope you have yourself a great weekend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My neurologist ordered for me to purchase an elbow brace for pinched nerves. It was to keep the elbow straight at night. Trying to avoid surgery. Clerk that served me said you can't keep your elbow straight. They did not have anything. Maybe I could make something. I looked up elbow braces on Amazon where I found many. They came with the hard plastic plates that kept the elbow straight. What a disappointing experience.I

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In preparation for my up coming foot surgery, I visited their Mayfield Road location. Their so called "Professional Consultant" Danielle, Salesperson 91 advised me to purchase a large Tall Airwalk Aircast. Keep in mind I wear size 8 shoes, needless to say its a bit big for my foot. As my surgery approaches, I determined to exchange it for a medium boot. They have refused to exchange it.. Its been too long since I purchased it. Moral of the story don't prepare for surgeries. My suggestion, go to Healthcare Solutions on 137th Avenue for your future needs.

Dear Mr. D. Congdon,
Thank you very much for responding to me as quickly as you had. However, I do have a few issues with your response, firstly I do not agree with Danielle's estimate of the time she dealt with me "Over an hour". I would guesstimate closer to 30 minutes. Let's be honest, how long does it take to try a medium boot and then a large one. Unless, she is including the time we discussed iwalk 2.0, which I think I remember, her saying you didn't even carry that product, I pointed out the iwalk2.0 poster on one of the desks on your salesfloor. The second one is the two on-site managers were not aware of the situation, I was speaking with Danielle at 1:25pm (Cell phone Log) who informed me she couldn't assist me but she would speak to her manager once she returns from lunch to see if there could anything be done. Danielle called me back at 1:56 pm, she informed that her manager just came back from lunch and nothing could be done. I thanked her for returning my call and we ended the conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got all my quotes done fast so I could get my equipment they gave me my freedom with my new walking device and I can use this one all year even in winter and so excited today I get to go see the to fit me for the braces I need for back wrist knee and ankle today and really good prices all my disability equipment was covered by my disability but they gave the whole order to them cuz there prices are the lowest around I also got new day light from them and a tens machine
