★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a mail carrier who works out of this depot who throws parcels rather than climbing stairs, is incapable of following instructions such as closing a mailbox, walks across the grass and wears a path in it rather than using the sidewalk and is just generally incompetent. His supervisor(s) at this depot have been advised COUNTLESS times of his behavior and refuse to take action. HE should have been reassigned years ago and if he were not a union employee would be unable to hold a job.
