G	Guai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is for Canada Post in Ajax Ontario, not for this location. Google map does not show it, so I pick this location to review. They delivered my letters to other people’s home even those the address is to me correctly. Luckily, people gave them too me. I have no idea how many letters have wrongly delivered and no where to be found. I have received someone else’s parcels many times, I always took them to the address on the parcels. I also have online shopping parcels missing, tracking says they are delivered, but nowhere to be found. I made a complaint to Canada Post, but nothing happened. I think it is a crime to wrongly deliver people’s letters, but there is nothing I can do to hold them acceptable. I am afraid to do online shopping now.
T	Tina L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much for the Canada post staff at this location today namely Gail and Nameelah and a gentleman that worked with them. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond to help me. I put an ad in Kijiji for my wedding dress that i was selling ( wedding postponed due to covid) . The buyer turned out to be a scammer and did not want to pay me until I give her a tracking number for the package I mailed at this canada post. I gave her the tracking # and after 3 hours still did not send me money. I finally caught on that it's a scam. I called this Canada post right away. They answered the phone right away, looked for my package.Thank God it wasn't shipped yet and I was able to retrieve it. The staff also gave me a refund. But in addition to that, they were sympathetic. Thank you guys!
L	Lauren W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The “manager” Tracey is SUPER rude. Has major attitude. Doesn’t even acknowledge customers, no greeting or anything just plain rude. Makes for a very uncomfortable experience. For someone who is supposed to be a “manager” that is very disappointing. I hope someone reads this and addresses her rude behaviour.
S	Sumbul Javed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just updating my review from 1 star to 5 star only and only for this wonderful lady called ‘Gail’. Every time I have been to Canada post at this location I have seen employees working as if they are doing favour. But this lady works with a dedication as if she owns it. I have only had interaction with her for a max of may be 3 mins, and this was just enough for me to understand that she loves her job. If anyone of her manger happens to ever read this please put her in a position where she trains her colleagues on and how to atleast empathize with customer if they don’t want to be welcoming.

I brought a money order in for a refund, which is what the customer service agent that I called told me to do, and she shrugged me off and told me that they couldn't do that there. Exactly opposite of what I was told. Canada Post, get rid of this useless employee. The Store manager was on shift on Monday, August 16 at 3pm.

B	Branden Cleary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opens at 9 AM, walk in at 10AM and approach the desk to the employee shouting and waving her hands we are closed. No closed sign or any heads up. When asked what time they open she rudely responded "I don't know around 1 PM". Won't go back to be treated like that... went to UPS.
D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gail is the best, always so friendly and very efficient at her job. Tracey is another rep i have dealt with a lot. She doesn't talk much but very good at her job. I really like this location :)
