One of the best branch I have ever visited. Staff is really polite and helpful. They'll guide you with right information.

Poor service. The staff seems to have very little knowledge of Scotiabank policies and procedures. In particular Stephanie Hillier has a very rude demeanor and is not of any assistance. She called a colleague over by the name of Mitual Dalal, whom was equally lacking in knowledge however slightly more professional. *update* Spoke with branch manager by phone a few days later to resolve the issue further without need to return to branch/location.

If you are trying to build credit, if you are looking for a brand with good costumer service, if you are looking for a bank who cares about you this is the wrong one!!

This has got to be the WORST BRANCH EVER. None of the employees including the managers seems to know what they're doing. Every time that I've been there there's on 2 people working and each person is working together with a manager or supervisor and they both don't know what they're doing. Try to avoid this branch and go to another one unless you're OK to wait over 40 mins outside in line just to get in and another hour inside just so your work is done.

Had issues with the Westney branch in Ajax. Ended up speaking on the phone with Stephanie, who advised me to come in and they'll sort out the issues the other branch was giving me. When I went in, there was no line and was able to go directly to the desk. I told the representative Lisa, that I had spoken with Stephanie. She then promptly went and spoke to Stephanie and got a run down of the situation. Lisa was extremely friendly and was able to sort everything out. I had all of my banking problems fixed within 15 minutes. Thanks again Lisa and Stephanie for all your help!

Typical corporate money making machine, they make billions, charge just ridiculous fees, wait on the phone for 20 minutes or longer to explain the problem that they can’t fix. I am disgusted with this bank.

Save your time and money and just go to another bank. Try to charge to take your money, incompetent financial advisors(Irene parveen) poor communication etc. Their good at wasting your time and taking your money but god forbid if the help you at all. Not the first time…I’ll be going elsewhere Long time customer
