At this branch there is ONLY 1 teller is available while of 4 or 5 other tellers' spots are EMPTY. I don't know WHY on earth they're not hiring MORE tellers (Unless they're TOO BUSY outsourcing like they're doing with their internal workers). And the staff is very rude and frustrating to deal with.. also really.. really.. REALLY SLOW! The regular waiting time on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is from 45 minutes to an hour. This is all based on personal experience!
N	N Keller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to set up as trustee of my ailing mother's account, only to be told that a new account has to be setup and they cannot do this. I escalated this by contacting customer service and the ombudsman as the unprofessional customer service at the hwy 2 branch location. Finally after almost a month I received a confirmation that this was done. yesterday I go to the Harwood location only to find out they have no records of this. The incompetence of this organization is overwhelming. I would never deal with this bank as you will get the runaround. CIBC is the worst bank ever/ Do yourself a favor and stay away from CIBC.

I understand you have rules and policies however I appreciate flexibility and general concern. Terrible customer service, try covering your bases for your clients before you say there’s nothing you can do. Pathetic, definitely going to change banks. Thanks for making me feel like a number! Your a joke!
