Bank manager Sarah deutschwer is rude. Sits on her behind and talks to you from across the room instead of walking up to you to have a conversation. Rolls her eyes and makes annoyed expressions at you. Has absolutely 0 customer service skills. You will be treated better by the employees next door at McDonald’s. The teller kept apologizing to me about how rude she was being. Opened an account because I have heard good things about TD, will be closing this week when I have time to go back in and will be opening with scotia, on account of this managers belligerence.

Everyone in north Edmonton apparently uses this bank ---- so there is almost always a big line for the teller. The tellers are efficient and corporate friendly enough. What's there to say? It's a bank. I'm not expecting a back rub and a folksy small business atmosphere. They have succeeded in putting my money where I want it to go for 14 years ---- so... that's something?

Friendly staff from the moment you walk in. I do a lot of banking and every time I’m in this branch they are always willing to help and find myself driving across town to use the branch. All front staff is amazing and The manager Sarah absolutely wonderful! Thank you for everything!

Worst bank manager I have ever seen. I am shocked at their customer service. I went to the branch to get some info on a transaction I made, the teller was rude, had no information about basic things, had to go to ask his manager 4 times, and the manager was literally sitting right behind him. 5 feet away. She could have come over to talk to me since it was clear the teller wasn't trained enough. All they said was they can't help me and I have to go to the branch I use. No explanation. Not even trying to check my account to see if they can tell me something. With that pathetic attitude the manager should find a different job where she doesn't have to meet people, because that is definitely not her thing. Does she not have a boss to see what people are saying about her? TD, maybe you should read reviews about your branches.

The few times I've used this branch have always been pleasant. Got served efficiently and effectively. Experienced excellent customer service.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. This branch has some individuals who have extreme bad customer service and rude behaviour. My last bad experience was when I met one of the Financial advisers. I decided to call the bank to get the link to proceed with bank survey about this employee by Email, and they didn't provide me with this Email to give my Survey; then I got the Bank Manager assistant email address to write an email I had written this Email; however, no response. Most likely, they forgat the customer service, and the profficinal manner are significant elements in the banking industry. TD, one of Canada's largest banks, will not accept such behaviour.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst bank I have ever been too. Their customer service is appalling especially from the cash manager Y.T. Instead of solving the problem he just tells you to go take your business elsewhere. If they don't want people's business they should just close their doors. Plenty of banks out there.

Paydays and End of Months are absolute nightmare here. Lines can be as long as 45 minutes to an hour. They desperate need to open an express line on these days to help people wanting to cash their checks. They have up to 4 tellers only, while the managers don’t really help out during rush hour and only stand behind the counter.
