TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worse then online and phone customer service, don’t value customers... closing the account as soon as I come back from vacation. Wouldn’t refer TD Bank to no one

Not sure if it is this branch or overall TD. It's proper social and buisness edicat to call people after 9. I was woken up by TD with a harassing caller. I was not pleased. Other then that this branch is very helpful.

Just open a new account with TD. We were so pleased for the kindnest and great explanation. Thank you to all the team and especially to Jason to make it so easy and to be so nice

Whistler TD bank is in the north shopping plaza. Near McDonalds. ATM is easily accessed and staff are very helpful and friendly.

I'm on the fence about this place. In general the customer service here is very fantastic but when they have that rare oddity of a snafu things get a little hairy. If you're relocating here and you are going to choose TD bank Canada keep in mind that you have to set up an appointment in order to set up a savings and checking account, they do not do walk ins. You can get an appointment online which I wish I had known about instead of trying in person a few times to get one. This bank is open every single day of the week which is kind of crazy and they're also open after hours, so getting an appointment or doing banking will never conflict with your schedule. The tellers for the most part are nice and super efficient but there are those occasions of where you have the annoying ones that don't care about moving that line. I've seen them chat about nothing with people and not care that the line is getting longer and the people in it are more frustrated . They also struggle to open on time, I've been there waiting before for them to open and customers have held up their phones so the employees could see that it was past the time to open. So onto that rare oddity of a snafu there was an option that we were advised by this branch to do bill pay online. We thought great we can pay off our bills by using this easy option. Well it was not so easy after all and A LOT ( thousands) of our money got lost somewhere out there in the world for over a month. Numerous calls to customer support didn't yield much other than go to the branch and the branch was just as clueless and tried to defer us back to corporate customer service. Additionally I was the one that had to constantly follow up. I don't like to push to get results, the business should be doing that for me. Eventually the money did show up which was a relief and I still never got an explanation as to what happened. This will never happen to me again because I will never use online bill pay ever again.

I've always received great customer service from TD whether by phone, e-mail, or in person at any branch which is why I'm a loyal TD customer since I moved to Canada 2005.

Really unfortunate experience. I've always really enjoyed banking with TD, but the appointment with an advisor today was terrible. I did not feel this individual was helpful, nor did they care. From my perspective the advisor was quite careless and didn't actually take the time to understand my financial needs. From my understanding an advisor should provide you with solutions instead this advisor in particular seemed very unsure and by no means made me feel like I was speaking to a professional who was equipped to handle the questions I had. Will not be returning to this branch.

While I can't remember the young ladies name, the customer service person I dealt with today was great. Super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She mad a very frustrating situation easy and quickly resolved all issues I had.
