★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately these properties are no longer up to par. Prior reviews were probably accurate but things have changes. No shampoo, no conditioner, (need dish soap? you can rummage around the property, it’s just not in the kitchen). Want an extra blanket, reserve in advance and there will be an extra charge! This is not a budget rental! Very, very expensive to have these issues.
Update; after posting this review the Aloha team stepped up and fixed our issues. Some of these were likely due to COVID staffing and supply chain problems.

If your looking for a problem free, reliable and trustworthy company to stay with, I highly recommend Aloha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Wonderful experience with Aloha! Communication was clear with prompt replies when questions were asked. The property was fantastic and perfect outfitted with lots of towels and a well equipped kitchen. It was an excellent stay and we can’t wait to return to Whistler.

Dana and her team worked really hard to make our stay as perfect as possible. They were very professional and pleasant to speak with! I cannot wait to book my next trip to Whistler with Aloha Whistler!

Our townhouse was very well equipped with high end appliances, heated floors, boot heaters - all the little details that made our stay feel extra special. The owners connected us with local babysitters and insider info on all the good spots to eat as well as useful mountain terrain tips. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

The rental unit was spotless and very well stocked. Will 100% recommend and definitely rebook through them again! Thank you Aloha Whistler!

of booking a rental stay with Aloha Whistler.
I was looking for a property that was private, ski in ski out and spacious. The property that I was directed too met and exceeded my expectations.
The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the property was thoughtfully appointed. I especially loved the hot tub that I soaked my tired body in after some long ski days.
The process was seamless from my conversation with the booking staff and concierge to my last minute late checkout request that was graciously granted.
Thank you Aloha Whistler for a fantastic 5 star Whistler experience.
