The location always perfect however the hot tub and pool AGAIN, stressing again, were not working. We were not notified of this ahead of time or compensated for this as when you ski a hot tub and pool are nice amenities to look forward to. Twin Peaks should have made arrangements to pay for us to go to the rec center, skan spa or another place to replace this blunder. If booking here be sure to inquire before about their WORKING amenities. We are owners and did not appreciate this surprise.

My parents have a time share here and we've been coming for years during both winter and summer. We have always enjoyed the stay. The location is right across the street from the grocery store which is at the tail end of the village, making everything easily accessible, but much quieter than staying in the village where the late night bars and clubs are. The rooms are always well upkept and comfortable. They recently updated the lobby/hot tub area. They put out new comfortable furniture on the private porches this summer as well which we enjoyed sitting on. In the winter the fireplace is a favorite too. We like the hottub and using the community grill to cook meats. The kitchen is well stocked. I would note that though the heating in winter is great, there's no AC so it can get a bit stuffy/hot inside in the summer, so we usually keep all the windows open to allow a little airflow in the summer. The staff has always been curteous. The underground parking is tight, but secure and has a bike rack. The updated the lock security in the last couple years too.

Really great place to stay in whistler. Great location as well. The concierge was really helpful. Provided us all with ski locks which was a nice touch. Parking was underground and heated. There's a hot tub outside and heated pool that is part inside and part outside. Overall great place and would stay again.

Great value for the 2 bedrooms suite with kitchen. Last minute cancellation is a jackpot for our family. The Resort was fully booked where we requested an extension of our stay. Convenient location just across the street from IGA market place which is the northern tip of Whistler walking district. We were able to walk to the children playground soon after dinner.

The booking process was very complicated, as we booked directly with the resort/broker, but didn't receive a response or confirmation email. We also tried to call the 1800 number to confirm the reservation 3 times, but got no answers about the suite. Once at the resort, we had our room secured and reserved. The resort does not have parking for vehicles over 6'4, so we were forced to park off site, but the resort did not charge us for parking. The condo itself was very clean and nicely furnished. The in-suite full kitchen was put to good use in preparing breakfast and supper. The condo had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a pull out couch/bed. All in all it was a great stay

Helpful to let people know ahead of time that the check in is no where near the property.

I stayed at Cascade Lodge (it was great there), but had to check-in at Twin Peaks Resort. When my family and I walked in, the lady at reception was extremely rude to the guests before us. She was angry because a few cars were parking in the area that said 15-minute parking for check-in, instead of parking underground where guests normally park? I think if a sign says it's okay to park for check-in, then it shouldn't be a problem... not sure why she was flipping out at them. When it was my turn to check-in, I told her to charge the damage deposit on my credit card, but parking I would pay in cash. She seemed a little annoyed that I wanted to pay them separately, but at least I paid in exact change.... fast forward a week later, it turns out she charged both fees on my card. Caused alot of problems for me as I had to spend hours on the phone trying to call the resort, card company, and Elevate company just to fix this issue that was entirely avoidable if it hadn't been for that one receptionist.

The bed and sofas are extremely uncomfortable and cemented to sleep in. The pillows provided didn't even feel like pillows, more like stuffed cardboard. We would have hope for a price we paid, we would at least get a good bed to sleep in. The parking wasn't included in the total we paid for (REALLY?!!?). Pool and Hot tub has still been an on-going situation of being unavailable.
