★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a local event producer, I try to source local vendors as much as I can, however in this case, I will not be using Whistler Printing again. Our event had a couple of simple (albeit last minute) presentation printing jobs that we needed done. Several of our staff interacted with the print shop staff through this process and received rude customer service. The staff member who went to pick up the printing was told a certain time to arrive and when he did, the print job was not complete and he was met with, what he cited as the worst service he has ever received and a sense of "we will get to it when we feel like it". A few weeks following the event, while reviewing credit card expenses, I realized there was a charge for almost $500 for a presentation printout that had been requested in B/W. It turns out that the presentation was printed in full colour and we never received a copy of the invoice either by email or with the printing job. I attempted to come to an agreement with the owner by having a conversation with him a few weeks after the event but it was met with hostility and lack of compromise. I have found a nice shop down the road in Squamish where I will take my future business.

I added several items on short notice, and they got it all done, and even delivered to my Whistler venue (I am not in Whistler). Very efficient billing/receipt system. Very impressed; will use their services again. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot thank Kym enough for all the help and patience! We were having a sign made to hang on our fence and it required a lot of back and forth emails getting proofs approved by my bosses. Through it all Kym was understanding and very helpful, quick to make changes and the shipping was very fast as well!
