★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really regret trying to set up a consultation with Jenelle Gartner. She clearly made a mistake on the appointment date, which we booked through email but she pursued that it was our mistake for not meeting up. She even went to tell us that one of the stationary companies we went to was a wrong choice for us either. I understand that they are friends and they talk about their customers, but she was very unprofessional about bringing it up because she was upset. If anyone is curious, that is Glossie who gave us double the amount of our budget. It was a total waste of time and a joke. I'm glad we did not meet up with either of them.

We decided to use one of her existing designs to save costs but she was fantastic about incorporating aspects from our Save the Date (which we had done through Minted) into our invitations and wedding day stationary. In the end what we ended up with felt custom to us and we were so happy with the design.

She also made some great suggestions and we were able to do a very meaningful custom stamp on our invites. She came recommended through our planner and we were happy with the choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiance and I found Jenelle Gartner on google for our wedding invitations. We were very excited with our initial emails however it all turned sour once we to met in person. Jenelle did not put us first. Everything was on her terms. Never: "does this work for you?". We got: "these are my terms". She jumped the price from what her website said. We wanted a specific design on her website. She steered us away from what we wanted commenting what we wanted was dated and people are not doing it anymore. She then charged us a custom invitation fee for what we she steered us to do. We were gonna let this all go because of her high reviews. And we had already started the process which takes a long time and we really wanted to get these invitations out as soon as possible. However we were quickly disappointed when she emailed us back stating she cant do our invitations anymore because she has taken on a larger client. "I'm so sorry," Jenelle. We will gladly find another vendor. Hopefully one that won't waste our time.
