★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this bridal shop to try and find my wedding dress, when booking they stated to go to one or two appointments prior to this boutique. I came from out of town so I had 3 appointments booked this one being the third. I found my absolute yes dress at the first appointment, no questions asked. I called the boutique 5 hrs before my appointment (yes I know online it states 48 hrs) but they instruct you to go to a few before them. When I called, the girl on the phone basically told me I was outta luck and would he charged the 79$ fee.. with no sympathy at all. I could have gone and wasted their time and tried dresses on when I already found a dress, but instead I called so that hopefully they could fill the appointment. Just upset that there is no options for people outta town and maybe there should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at this luxury gown boutique is like no other! The atmosphere is welcoming, intimate and the soft music will mimic the feel of your actual wedding day. The owner takes so much pride in ensuring her bride is well heard, supported, and feeling gorgeous. I highly recommend The White Gallery for it's stunning and unique collection of gowns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to The White Gallery after having gone to 3 other bridal boutiques the previous day, and I was BLOWN AWAY! The entire experience was absolutely incredible- everything was 100% perfect!! The private appt. was just such a great thing- having the entire place to yourself and the attention of the shop owner solely focused on your appt and individual dress details was something that was priceless! I cannot think of one thing that wasn’t 5 star quality- the shop itself is absolutely gorgeous, the greeting was so awesome, and working with Chantelle was a dream! I cannot recommend The White Gallery, and owner Chantelle, enough! BRIDES, THIS IS HANDS-DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO GO AND GET YOUR DRESS ❤

Where do I even begin?
My experience at the White Gallery was so wonderful that I can hardly begin to put it into words! Chantelle made me feel so special at every one of my appointments leading up to the big moment of 'Saying Yes to the Dress'. Her taste in selecting which gowns to bring into the store is exceptional. The attention to detail in each dress is unlike anything I've seen in Alberta. The private and intimate experience she offers when you come into the boutique is unmatched. Instead of being shuffled away into a tiny corner of a store like most bridal shops, Chantelle provides the opportunity to have the entire boutique to yourself and your friends and family members. The interior design of the store is so 'Instagram worthy' and the gowns are showcased beautifully with tons of natural light. Chantelle listens so carefully to every detail when describing your dream dress and offers her expert opinion while trying on the gowns. Chantelle stood out to me from the first time I came to her store. She was kind and made me feel comfortable and confident. She was so patient while I tried on dress after dress and was understanding when I chose to explore some other boutiques before making my final decision. On the day I bought my dress, she popped champagne and allowed me to Zoom in my entire bridal party and family members to celebrate. I cannot recommend this store enough and will be sharing my experience with every bride I know!

The space is a “wow” factor when trying on dresses. Really appreciate the small details and the questions she asked to ensure I am 100% confident in the dress I picked. Chantelle goes above and beyond and makes the experience amazing. The space is absolutely phenomenal as well. I will always recommend The White Gallery to anyone in the market for a wedding dress.
