This pharmacy staff used to be on top of their clients needs. I have been a customer here for the last 10+ years. I had the affinity because of which even though I moved out of Ajax, I still had my prescriptions filled here regularly. Lately I've noticed that the quality of service has deteriorated. They don't bother to call after the doctor sends the prescription. They don't care what happens to the customer. I used to see Patrick at the Pharmacy in the past. Lately he is not to be seen. Well, rightly this pharmacy's ratings are the lowest in the area now. You know that you are going in a wrong direction Patrick. Sorry to say but we'll be leaving you soon. Take action now.

The lady behind the pharmacy counter is rude but eventually helps out. Wasted 60 minutes negotiating with her but at least it worked out. Literally every other customer starts with an argument but she eventually helps

Had a terrible experience while trying to get a passport photo taken today. I asked an associate if she was the one to take photos and she stared at me and nodded. When I asked where to go for the photo I was stared at again with no answer and when I moved and asked β€œover here?” was only nodded at again. She then asked if I had something to tie my hair back with. When I responded no, and that I could tuck my hair behind my ears (as passport Canada accepts photos with your hair up or down) she responded saying that wouldn’t work. When I suggested I could buy hair ties, she said β€œwe’re open tomorrow. I wouldn’t want you to waste your money on hair ties.” I didn’t even know how to respond - I was baffled, said β€œuhh okay” and left. Awful customer service… I will not be returning to this location in the future.

I waited 35 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to Pharmacy about PCR testing. When they answered, they rudely asked what I wanted and then said β€œThey open at 11:00 call then.” and hung up the phone. If you’re having a bad start of your day or morning, do NOT take it out on customers by giving them attitude. Totally unprofessional.

Pharmacy has the worst costumer service. They make up rules as they wish. Walked in with a prescription that had my family doctor's name address and signature. Yet pharmacist refused to accept it and asked me to have my doctor send to them. It was late evening and I need the prescription to relieve my pain during the night. I strongly do not recommend this pharmacy.

As I'm giving 4 stars that is for the store only. I usually never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. If you give 5 that might end the improving. However I will not give the Pharmacy 4 stars as I am hard pressed to give them 2. I just moved from Calgary and might have been spoiled at how I was treated at the Pharmacy I dealt with there. I know they treated every person the same and took the time to show you are not just another strain on the medical system. Whatever meds I get my work plan covers or I pay for. Being new here I can honestly say this Pharmacy needs leadership on customer relations. The store employees are great.

Showed up at 11:45pm only to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the cash and tell me the self serve is the only option. I explain I only have cash and he proceeds to tell me "I can't serve you we stop taking cash at 11:45pm". Maybe if you guys were doing your job instead of sitting around talking I would be able to purchase the products I need. Not only that, when is there a time limit on no longer taking certian payment options. And if this is how this store works, there should be signage posted at the door or at the cash so people don't waste their time.

I don't often leave reviews, but feel the need to. Was trying to pick up a prescription for a family member. When I arrived (after waiting on hold for 15 minutes I decided to drive over as it isn't far) I was told that the delivery driver had it. Okay, no worries! This was around 11am. By 3pm I had called and asked when we could expect the delivery, and I was told within the hour. Once again, no problem! Called again at 4pm and was told that they attempted to deliver, but no one answered the door.... I was confused as delivery was to an apartment building that requires a buzzer.... I mentioned that and she said that's all the notes say, but it's back at the store so I could pick it up. I then returned to the store to be told it wasn't there...? Followed by the person working telling me someone tried to deliver it at 9am and no one answered yet again (I was there with said family member and there was no attempt). After about 15 minutes of trying to figure out what has happened/where it is/other complications... I got the prescription... Going to begin trying to find another pharmacy that can better support their needs because this rollercoaster experience was stressful enough for me, let alone an elderly couple that cannot get around easily.
