Despite having my family with me in the car and everyone’s health cards in hand, he continued to rudely state, “only one per person,” and refused to give test kits for the rest of my family. He expected me to take my children out of the car just to show their faces. I was very unimpressed with his unprofessionalism and the way he spoke to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by this pharmacy even though it is over an hour away from where I live as they were one of the few places that had available Pfizer shots for the under 30s age group during this Pfizer shortage period. My appointment was supposed to be 30 mins before the pharmacy closed but for some reason there was a problem in generating my documents for my booster shot as my name kept being rejected by the system. The pharmacist was very kind and patient as he tried to fix the error and took the time to call Alberta blue cross and stayed on hold with them for a long time, and when that did not work, reached out to my previous pharmacy to get my patient information. Thanks to his efforts I managed to get my booster exactly 2 minutes before the pharmacy closed for the day which saved me the hassle of a wasted journey had he not taken the time to fix the problem for me. The pharmacy itself was very bright and spacious with plenty of seating 6 feet apart. They were also efficient in processing vaccinations, about 4 other people were vaccinated in the 30 minute period I was there.
