★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pharmacy ever. Dropped a prescription off and a week later had to call to find out where it was. Was offered no apologies other than "we are busy". Like somehow that becomes MY problem. Left 3 phone calls - no one ever answered the phone. Was told again, "we are too busy to check boice mail!!". It was much better under the old name.
Bottom line: DON'T TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never returns phone calls, takes well over a week to fill a prescription even after numerous calls. My Doctor recently recommended changing pharmacies from them to somewhere else. Thought I'd give them another chance because of a transition but probably shouldn't have. Their constant delays mean I have to keep calling and calling and then I end up running out of prescription which affects my health. Not good at all. Constant excuses are we laid off staff, we are short staffed, we can't hire staff... just really tired of this already. I don't mind ordering ahead or waiting a few days but if I need to start nagging and asking where is it more than once in a day, there's a serious problem with the customer service here.
