★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Walmart pharmacy at the Meadowlark Mall in Edmonton today, at 156 Street and 87 Avenue, just to pick up my prescription which was supposed to be ready for pick-up yesterday. The pharmacist there, Jency Chung, was nothing but rude and short with me, for no reason at all. I politely told her I came to pick up my prescription, and she abruptly said “It will be a few minutes. You have to wait.” As I waited at the “Prescription Pick-Up” area, another customer walked over. Jency gruffly muttered to me “Can you stand back!?” I wondered what was this woman’s problem, but still, it gave her no reason to be so unfriendly and curt with me. She also seemed to purposely keep me waiting, even though my prescription was supposed to be ready the day before. Was she behind schedule filling out orders or was she just too busy? I don’t know, but it was certainly no way to treat a customer like that. I was having a great day too up to that point. I hope someone there reads this review, because just because you happen to work in the pharmacy department doesn’t give you the right to behave in such an ill-mannered and p*ssed off way. It was one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve had in awhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here once a month to fill a prescription and everytime they treat me poorly because I look young. I've been yelled at twice by the male pharmacist, and today I waited twenty minutes in line for service and the woman at the till allowed someone to butt infront of me making me late for work. When I tried to take it up with her and the customer she allowed the customer to be verbally abusive to me and told me it's a misunderstanding and to just calm down. Go literally anywhere else if you're under fourty otherwise they'll treat you with extreme disrespect.
