The staffs are friendly, hardworking and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this clinic. This is a great office team! Godbless you all!❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience with Dr. Brian Lee. I was there for my concern with my back and foot pain as I am doing standing job from years for my living. When I explained everything, he started laughing on me so it was very embarrrasing for me. As a patient i was expecting guidance and see some expert doctor regarding my pain.But he was asking me to quit my job and was being judgmental regarding my pain. Further he said that counseling regarding my foot pain might not be covered under my Alberta health care plan , which I completely disagree. Can someone suggest me good doctor and clinic who doesn't laugh on my pain , doesn't ask to quit my job? I m not going to visiting this clinic anymore.

However
Her receptionists are kinda mean. Especially on the phone. They will raise their voices at you for asking simple questions. Maybe its a language barrier.
Dr Osman is always so busy and I very much appreciate her patience, kindness and generosity. She is very caring and I cant say nicer things about her. Thank you Dr Osman for being you!

If you get sick - you must be sick between business hours.
Medical Doctors allow claim to be family physicians - but; do not care about patients if it outside business hours. This Medical Practice is simply a money making venture. People come to Alberta make money - not to provide service to the community or province.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Osman is Very thorough with her patients. She is an active listener and always make sure that her patient not only get good care but also feel satisfied with her treatment approach.
I am her big fan, her being a doctor, and as a person also. She is so kind always helpful. People like her a gem to this profession. I am so thankful that she took me as her patient. When I first met her I was in chronic pain with so many other issues. No other doctor could diagnose or heard me properly. Doctor Osman brought my health back. I am forever thankful to you.
