★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organized, extremely nice staff. Their COVID management is great and the staff are so empathetic and accommodating. I was worried to take my 87 year old mother for Ultrasound since she has a weak immune system, but the staff made me and my mother feel so comfortable with their management with this pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for 3 years and every single time I go I have a good experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Its clean inside. I first went in the beginning of 2018 when I was pregnant and the last time I went was Oct 2020. I can say they have definitely followed Covid guidelines and social distancing rules. I never wait long and I always feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a friendly, safe and efficient place to get your imaging. Lastly, a physician made a major error on my requisition and was unusable, so the ladies called the doctor and were able to aquire the correct requisition within hours, I was rebooked and finished within a day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nice clinic with lovely people. They were able to get me in last minute and everything went smoothly. I only had to wait a couple minutes when I got there, and everything went quickly but not rushed even though it was the end of the day. The clinic is also all new, clean and renovated. Compared to other ones I've been to, this is far nicer. I cant say good enough things about the receptionist and technician who were both extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable.

I didn’t have an ultrasound appointment booked (as I didn’t realize it’s best to make it in advance). The receptionist asked one of the technicians if she could accommodate me so I didn’t have to come back another day since I had difficulty walking. The technician agreed without any hesitation even though I believe she was already done for the day.
That’s what I call a GREAT patient care!! I really felt taken care of. Technician Karina was wonderful and patient with me - professional and kind. She made my appointment a great experience.
Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst place I’ve been for an ultrasound. The X-Ray tech was really kind and gentle, but when I got an abdominal ultrasound with them they were extremely rough and I had a very sore abdomen for two days after the appointment. I told them they were hurting me and they didn’t acknowledge me at all, the tech was ignoring me and talking to another tech in training. They also have insane wait times even if you get an appointment with them. I will never go back here or recommend anyone go here for an ultrasound, but if you’re just going for an X-ray and you can deal with a wait, it’s fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, I called on Wednesday to set an appointment for ultra sound. After going back and forth with different dates. The call taker booked an appointment for my wife on Sunday at Noon. When we got there, we found out that these guys are closed on Sunday. I did confirm Twice for Sunday appointment, and the lady on the phone said yes they are open. These guys need to get their act together. My recommendation to go to this site is negative 100. Never coming to this place again. The point of these reviews are, so either the place can learn from this and fix their problem or the clients can save their time and not have a bad experience. I hope this will help a few individuals.
