★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly regular staff, helpful. Often a fair wait in the evenings (expected), must be lots of stress on the single cashier open with a long line of customers, rarely both at same time. Had a few issues over the years with CP in general regarding location of parcels along the way however staff here were supremely helpful to always help me get things straightened out and staff appear to handle the pressure well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone accidently used my address for a package and I'm trying to call the post office to let them know as they've sent a final notice so I'm assuming the person doesn't realize they put the wrong address
The post office never picks up the phone. On hold for long periods of time! If you don't have enough staff to awnser the phone allow people to leave messages!
It would be awful if this persons package gets sent back and its something they really need!

Racist Old white lady at the Canada post counter tells me “We don’t do it like your back home here, this is canada”
First of all this is my home and secondly it was my first time sending a mail ever and she told me to write the address and all I did wrong was put the ‘To: Address’ in the middle instead of where ever she wanted. Her instructions were not clear. It wasn’t a big deal but she wanted to inform me that this isn’t like my ‘back home’ just cuz of a small mistake. I would recommend her to look past the race and judge people based upon their skin colour whether they are educated or not. Even if someone isn’t knowledgeable about this, she should be there to help and not criticize especially teach to younger kids like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings. I've had pretty good and positive experiences with Canada Post handling my business. I'm patient and don't mind the long wait as I understand that there are days that can be busy. But one older lady working there made me feel uncomfortable. She had a very rude attitude towards me because I was young? I'm a regular and I've done nothing wrong but she told me to do my own shipment so it's "faster" for her. Uncalled for behavior and attitude. Very unprofessional and lazy worker in my opinion.
I enjoy talking to the younger girl working there as she is definitely more professional, friendly, and helpful towards all customers I've seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst Canada post to go to! Avoid at all cost!! The ppl there are rude and petty. It was busy this morning a nice man let me go in front of him to send outmy package that I paid for online. As I got to the front I told the lady I paid for it it’s just has to be scanned she then turn to scream at me saying they don’t have a drop off (which I thought was dumb because how am I going to ship my package off) anyways I explain I wanted to ship my order out and she then refused and told me I had to wait at the end of the line even tho I was already at the front!! Worst customer service!! They are always unpleasant and rude anytime I go in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst Canada post office in Durham region hands down. I have been to most of the post offices from bowmanville to Pickering and all the workers at this location are clueless, rude, and impatient, especially the manager.
Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Hire new staff please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do I file a complaint for an ongoing issue of getting my neighbor's or next block neighbors' mails. My fear is my missing mails in their mailbox. I has called in head office and they said someone will reach out to me and no one did.
I have proof of couple of mails. This is serious breach of privacy as I keep getting their bank letters and etc. Someone know how I can take this forward? Please help!
