Customer Service Issues:
- The receptionists are not friendly in attending to patients. It appears that they would rather be somewhere else the entire time, and speaking with them is a chore. An individual who don't enjoy being paid to be a receptionist means poor customer service, and should be advised to find another occupation.
Atrocious wait times:
- The times that I have been to this particular medical clinic, I have had to wait in excess of 45 minutes past my appointment time. This is unprofessional on the part of the physician.
Individuals who are in a hurry would be advised to be wary when choosing the Jasper Place Medical Clinic.

β β β β β During COVID I understand things have been quite hectic, however; now being June most practices have gotten it together with proper customer service!
Calling them no one answers, and all you get is a recording stating business hours. No direction if you are to leave a message for booking an appointment...nothing!
Going to their website it gives you the option to book online, however; once you click on this you get an error message!!
GET IT TOGETHER for being a medical clinic!!
And doctors...please...this is so frustrating for your patients!!!

β β β β β I have been trying for over a week to book an appointment to get refills for my multiple medications. My pharmacy has faxed with no response. When you call you get a message telling you not to leave a message. Tried to book online, wrong address on my business card, error when I tried their site. Is it even open? I don't know what to do. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
