Spent 2 hours waiting to get my ear flushed from wax buildup. Had to leave after 2 hours for separate appointment. Was called into doctors office, waited alone in said office for 30 min, then was told I had to go back to the waiting room because they needed the room. Nurse was cordial, diagnosed me, but said only the doctor could perform on patients. If only the doctor can perform then perhaps more doctors are needed since the waiting room was spilling into the hallway. Blonde receptionist was very rude and abrupt. Terrible personnel skills and even worse with customer/patient care. Negative atmosphere. Does not accommodate those with a physical handicap. Elderly woman could not fit in room with her wheelchair. Patients waiting in the waiting section had to shuffle around and move the coffee table so she could make it to her the doctors office. Receptionist, nurse, and doctor did nothing. Will never go back there and neither will my friends or family. Loblaws should re-think their agreement with that practice.

Dr. Harper is incredible (the only redeeming quality leading to the two stars) and I wish she was working somewhere else so I could keep seeing her. But this place is AWFUL. The receptionists are incredibly rude, only one nurse is kind, the rest are nasty to you. And whenever I get stuck seeing Dr. Velyi, he seems to think I'm faking every little thing and tries his best not to help me at all. After 10 years, I think I'm ready to find a better office. **edit** - Dr Harper has left and they're barely open as of the new year. This is a terrible office and I would recommend it to no one.

The receptionists are rude and very unfriendly. They get upset with you if you ask questions and they lie about wait times. The waiting room might look empty because they have many people waiting in rooms for over 40 mins sometimes. Not a pleasant experience. However, the redeeming quality is that Dr. Harper is great! Smart, pleasant and good with children.

I've been seeing Dr Ling for the better part of 12 years now and I don't have a single complaint. Yes, wait times can be a little long but that's why you make an appointment. Either that or show up about twenty minutes before they open and be first in line. I have never gone to any doctors office thinking that I won't have to wait. This is not fast food service people. This is a small office with just one Dr now. For all the people complaining about waiting, go see your own family Dr if it's such an issue. Not once has the receptionist ever been rude to me, maybe because I'm not rude to her. If you had to listen to people bitching and complaining all day every day I'm sure it would get under your skin after a while. It's very easy to tell the people who have never worked with the general public. That and we are now dealing with the "me" generation. People who get offended too easily or the service was not up to their standards. You want to complain about waiting, sit at the hospital for eight or ten hours. But people won't complain about that, because it's a hospital.

Receptionist was very polite and friendly. I always appreciate it when receptionists greet you with a smile. Dr. Ling was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He did not make us feel rushed and took the time to ask if we had any questions. He was also very thorough. Great experience.

This place is a complete waste of time, I waited in the lobby for about a half an hour, only to be brought into a room in the back and wait again. Nurse saw me and asked me about the reason for my visit, she noted all relevant details and said doctor would be with me shortly. I am still waiting after 2 hours to see a doctor, had I been able to anticipate such a long wait time, I would not have stayed. Poor service. At very least, disclose a timeframe, people don't have time to waste!

10 years ago I thought this clinic was bad, but Dr Harper was worth waiting for. She went from being there daily, to once a week, she's been gone for about 2 years now. Dr Valyi who was "retiring" for at least 5yrs has finally left, leaving Dr Ling dealing with his own patients AND walk ins. You do the math for wait times. Where do I start on the receptionists/nurses... All other reviews are right, they must have a quota to be nice to 2 patients, once a year. Receptionists in medical settings tend to blame patients behaviour for their attitude, and maybe it's true, but not at this location!!! I've seen patients approach the front desk in a polite manner only to be spoken to in a rude and sarcastic manner. Let me just say NOBODY has ever been disrespectful towards me, because they know they'll see God if they ever did, but because I've seen their attitude towards others, I don't try to make small talk and just try to get in and out without slapping anybody.

I've never had a bad experience here. Dr. Ling is excellent. He's direct and to the point. Krista is lovely. The first time I went in I was worried about my kiddo and she sat in the room with me to calm my fears. I don't have a family doctor as they retired, but even though this office isn't accepting new patients, I have made this my home base. Even through Covid, my phone calls have been answered in a very timely manner and when I did have to go into the office to be seen, it was clean and Dr.Ling was amazing and spent the time to go over everything with me. The rest of the reviews are honestly shocking to me, as I have never been treated anything but amazing by everyone in this clinic.
