Useless service. Pediatrician (Odhiambo) did not even check my son properly and rushed into a diagnostic that did not make sense with symptoms. When I question the diagnostic the answer was "I'm a doctor, I know". Really? I should have just accepted it without questioning anything?!?! Not an appropriate approach from a doctor ... We left without any helpful information and it was a waste of our time. Don waste your time here.

Please avoid this place!! We went with our 2 month old baby to this clinic since the he was feeling extremely unwell. The doctor who came to see him was aged and looked like he was showing effort to hear what we said. However as i mentioned to him that if he has any ear infection immediately he started looking at his ears and in 10 secs he told "he is having a bit of infection in one of the ears" and came back with an antibiotic prescription. He didn't mention which ear though we asked and seemed not to hear that question. We got the medication and also gave him 2 doses. But we were not very convinced and took him to another pediatrician. She checked my son quite thoroughly...like his temp, inside the ears and asked us several questions and finally confirmed that no infection. I can't imagine how much our 2 month old baby would have suffered had i continued with the antibiotics since it has lot of side effects. I will absolutely ask parents to avoid this doctor.

Horrible clinic! From entry to exit it was an absolute mess and I cant imagine ever going back there. The entry and waiting room are both dirty not to mention you can see that it hasn't been sanitized or cleaned in a very long time. The staff are polite but the doctor itself is rushed and has a cold manner. The paediatrician that saw my 18month old barely spent 2 minutes and decided that all my toddler needed was Advil or Tylenol for the fever. I repeatedly asked if that would take care of the redness in the eyes and the possible ear ache (my child kept touching the ear) to which he responded " I said no other medication didnt I?" We decided to go to Westney Heights walk in since we had a strong feeling there was an eye or ear infection but weren't sure. Thank God we did because it was both, and my child was put on antibiotics for the ear infection and drops for the eye infection. NEVER TAKE YOUR KIDDO to this walk-in you're much better off going someplace else.

The receptionist is wonderful and does her best, but unfortunately the current dr works very slowly causing unnecessarily long wait times, cancels clinic or shows up over half an hour late.

Go elsewhere. The doctor who saw my son gave us an incorrect diagnostic and prescribed a useless treatment (as confirmed by the other doctor we saw afterwards). The doctor was apathetic, spent little to no time examining my son and, when I asked questions about the illness, he became confrontative and said things like "I know this because I have 30 years experience". Also, the receptionist was wearing her mask incorrectly (below the nose)

I'm torn about how to rate this place. First it is dirty. Everything is older and a bit run down which i don't care about but I do care about how clean it is. See the photos. Dirty! I thought about leaving but decided to stick it out. The staff was great. Very friendly receptionist and everything was smooth checking in. I did have to ask to have the paper in the room changed after I noticed they didn't do it - the last patient had a hacking cough - told my son to not touch anything! Here is why I didn't give this place one star. Dr. Kobayashi was the most thorough doctor I have ever had at a walk in or my family doc (and I love my family doc). My son was having breathing problems and his exam left me in no doubts that he checked everything. He asked a ton of questions and has a wonderful calm demeanor that my son responded to. We were not rushed and left feeling very positive. Note: We went on a Saturday morning around 11am. Clinic was moderately busy and wait time wasn't long.

The doctor is rude and negligent. He didn't even look at my child. All he did was lecture me and tell me his opinion. I didn't go there to be judged by a doctor who came late and lacks respect. He gave me a referral to Grandview eventhough I already explained not too because my child is already on the list and it's a long wait list. The receptionist was very nice though too bad she wasn't the doctor. Complete waste of time.
