Pharmacy staff was friendly,but they all told me something different. The location is crazy busy. They didn’t give me any papers for the medication listing side effects and whatnot. But the staff is very helpful and eager to tell you anything you need to know when you call or ask

After making an appointment to get my covid vaccine, I was in and out of the store in 17 minutes. 2 minutes to fill out paperwork and listen to their speak. 15 mandatory minutes in store to make sure there was no allergic reaction. Fantastic service! 10/10 would let them stab me again!

Picked medicine on deal, the person on till confidentiality moved with us to show nothing on deal, but when he see the deal he was confused, the lady on stocking the items gained confused him to save her head, then he says it's not on deal, then I said if not then Why this deal sticker with this box, he was confused and the Lady told him to say the deal for this was over to to save her self, after we leave they both were discussing their weaknesses, kindly see the video from 7:30pm to 8pm Thanks

The Pharmacy team here is exceptional! I get my compounded medication from this location. They are amongst the few places in town with a lab that can make what my doctor ordered. I greatly appreciate the professionalism of your Pharmacist Kimberley. Keep up the great work!!

The place is clean and stocked well, staff is friendly, there should be more of them though, especially in the pharmacy. I have common meds and it still takes days to refill them, I don't think is supply chain I think its short staffing.

Very bad customer service at the Pharmacy. I will be transferring my medication to Rexal today..highly recommend going to another location.

I've been to this store a few times to get my prescriptions and the pharmacist and assistant are great people that take their time in helping customers. It is a great place for most needs.

I cannot believe the amount of mistreatment in the pharmacy. I had extremely major back surgery on Monday (7 days ago) I had 2 rods and 22 screws put in my spine. I cannot even walk myself to the bathroom without my pain medication, the pain is absolutely excruciating. I currently have a prescription for pain medication at this pharmacy, there’s an issue with my insurance company apparently my birthday was entered incorrectly through insurance so the pharmacy called my insurance and they were able to push it through while we get it changed, it’s a long process to get it changed because it needs to go through my husbands work. Now it’s 2 days later and I am picking up my refill and they have blocked my insurance account claiming it is insurance fraud and told me they cannot release the medication until my insurance changes my birthday. We have been trying everything in our power to get it changed but it is out of our control until my husbands work contacts insurance to get it changed. The pharmacy told us that we need to pay for the prescription in full but that’s not even an option, I don’t even have enough money in my account to cover it. They won’t do anything and they don’t care that I’m in excruciating pain. They told me to call alberta works for a one time assist with medication so I did that but I was not approved, the lady through assistance told me that the pharmacy should be able to release one day of medication while this issue with insurance gets sorted out with an agreement that it will be paid however this pharmacy will not do that for me. I’m currently crying in pain not able to get my pain medication after such an extensive surgery. I’ve been using this insurance card for a year at my regular pharmacy and there was never an issue, it’s only an issue now since coming to this pharmacy. They’ve accused me of insurance fraud when every other piece of information matches minus the birthday which was typed in one day off. Instead of March 19 it is showing up as March 18. They are happy to leave me in pain and have zero compassion. What I don’t understand is how they could release the medication 2 days ago but suddenly now they can’t. They are being extremely rude and extremely heartless. I don’t think they should be working in a medical field if they have zero compassion. I still have 2 other refills on this medication so they have reassurance that I will come back but still will not release one day of medication while this issue is resolved. All of this is out of my control.
