I inherently believed that if it came from nature it was the best you could get. I still believe that. With over 85,000 chemicals in usein our industry today, only a fraction of them have been tested for long-term effects. I don’t think that is good enough, and our industry needs to change.
I believe that the earth provides more than enough natural ingredients to give us beautiful and healthy skin for life. I believe that body care should provide more than a sweet-smelling experience, it should be beneficial to our health and our psychological well-being. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went in over the weekend to check on the Shampoo Situation (they did a big recall and reworking of their ingredients) & to restock on soap. The staff was helpful with updating us and even put us on a list to be contacted when the new stock arrives (August!).
We restocked our soaps and picked up some of their amazing sunscreen.
The customer service experience was amazing. We were even gifted some sample soaps (which is greatly appreciated!)!
We felt cared for and appreciated for our business.
Love to support companies that care about what they're putting in their products. Also love to support companies that have staff who care about the customer experience!

Staff is super friendly, the employee who helped me was very sweet and knowledgeable (wish I got their name) but shoutout to them! The layout of the store makes it super easy to find items. Love that they have lemongrass scented everything! And of course love supporting Alberta owned companies ? 10/10 recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been buying my soap exclusively from Rocky Mountain for the past ~8 years. The price has risen slightly over the years and the soap is quite pricy at almost $7/bar, but it works for me. The soap smells great, does not leave much/any soap film on my tub and leaves my skin feeling great.
They used to give you a free bar of soap on your birthday, but that was discontinued a few years ago.
I will definitely continue to buy from Rocky Mountain, as I still like the soap even at the current price.
