★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always happy with Lush. I really dislike sanitizing my hands every 5 minutes so the fact that they offer to use their own soap (which we all know is the bomb) was a very welcomed surprise.
Always impressed with the staff and never disappointed with their product.
Wish the costs were lower so I could buy more.

Products can be on the more expensive side depending on what you're looking at, but I find the quality makes up for it. Employees are well trained and knowledgeable. I came for a purchase and a return and both were made quick and hassle free. There is always new product, making each visit different and fun.
