★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bubble tea in the city!!! This location is always SUPER busy no matter when you go there is always a long line up- but it is SOOOOO worth the wait. The owner and his staff are superb!!! They expertly keep up to the high demand with a smile on their face and are always pleasant and fast! I am regularly blown away at all the modifications the staff can remember even when they are slammed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tea olace- specifically this location as you won’t be disappointed. Lychee mango is literally the BEST tea there! Check this place out!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Gongcha bubble tea several times but never at this location. I took my first sip of my bubble tea, the bubbles were disgusting, it was extremely soggy and it seemed has been cooked for 4 hrs like my grandma’s stew ??I went back and told the guy who helped me the bubbles didn’t taste right. He stared at me as I was trying to be unreasonable and told me this is they way they had always made their bubbles.
Good luck running the business man??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been a big fan of Cong Cha. There is so much variety compared to the other bubble tea stores and the flavours are so delicious. The location in WEM is also easy access and I love the service.
It's fast, easy and quick!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central location in West Edmonton Mall. It is a great place to stop by for a drink. They have a mix of milk tea and fruit tea drinks. There are only 2 sizes, Medium and Large. You can customize the ice and sugar levels. Also you can add toppings such as sago. They accept cash, debit and credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Gong Cha all the time, and I always order a half sweet milk tea. They made my drink with full sugar, and when I brought it back, they refused to remake it as I reordered it, saying I'd have to pay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very convenient to have Gong Cha at the center of the mall. It is very easy to locate when you are going shopping. I ordered the QQ drink with boba and jelly and it was delicious!

the bubbles were very soft, nice and chewy :)
personally i couldn’t really taste the earl grey tea, next time i think i will go for an iced tea with some jelly.
definitely worth trying and very easy to locate in the mall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the milk Chai with pearls. Its super delicious and refreshing. Love that it’s actually chai n not just flavoured milk. It also comes with variations of honey instead of sugar. Highly recommend checking them out. They have so many other bubble teas too to choose from
