★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Different flavours! Their brown sugar bubble tea drink is definitely unique and super tasty! I’m personally not a fan of the aurora series but that’s just me. A tad pricy but overall good tea. A great place to go- their atmosphere is top notch!!! I’d go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I used to love alley. I always got their cold drinks without ice. But today that employee said sorry we cant customize drinks anymore. We asked what if the person is allergic? they are like well we would still put it or just dont get the drink at all. Way to be inclusive The Alley team. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the price... the music was too loud and due the employees continuing to wear masks I had a hard time hearing them. I'd never been here before and it was almost like she was annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself as I couldn't hear her. The drink selection was not very impressive, and I had high hopes however I've had better service and drink options elsewhere.

The Alley welcomes you to watch as they prepare the tapioca from scratch: from the measuring, sifting, and mixing of ingredients to the formation of the pearl-shaped tapioca. Through this manual performance, they deliver soft, chewy tapioca available in various unique flavours....UNLESS THEY RUN OUT!!!
Every beverage from The Alley has a story of more than 500 days starting from the harvest of the tea leaves, the processing and aging of the leaves, the infusion of flavours to the selection of ingredients and their ratios. Their distinctive drinks are attributed to this process, in order for us to enjoy only the finest flavours. With each cup comes its own aroma, taste, and character. They share the drinks with us so that we may be part of the story...UNLESS THEY RUN OUT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not in love with this place. Literally the staff still have masks on, so nobody can hear what anybody is saying ever. I've given it a couple of tries just to give it an honest chance and I'm still not impressed. My issues were - you can't hear anybody clearly it's hard to understand what the options are and I easily have asked for 3 or 4 different things that they cannot make because it's not available? Then I sit there and I ask for something only be met with we can't customize our drinks, well why the heck not? You're making it right there in front of me, why not add more of what I ask for? I'll easily pay for it I don't see the issue.
Then when you hear the lane response of, we want to keep our recipes consistent? Cool. That's not taking any consideration of what customers are looking for at all. That should be ommited IMO.
I'll happily go to Dream Tea where I can at least customize what I'd like without the headache.
