They reel you in with low prices, strong arm you into a membership that apparently has a ton of fine print making it extremely difficult to cancel, and once you handover your credit card information, they will use it to their discretion. They charged my credit card for someone else’s membership on several separate occasions without informing/asking me. I was told that since it was someone I knew, I was not entitled to a refund and I needed to retrieve the money myself. If that does not meet the criteria of an unethical company, I don’t know what does. The massages here are absolute garbage and I feel robbed every single time I leave here. In fact, I have so many unused massages saved up because I get so angry when I come here for a “massage.” At other companies I will typically keep the same therapist for all of my sessions, but I have been unsuccessful at finding a decent therapist here. Run for the hills!

She quickly got me through the “initiation” paperwork to get me to my massage. I felt well prepared though. Darrell was also awesome. He was respectful of my privacy and preferences. He warned me that there may be some discomfort as I did request deep tissue. It was a thorough massage hitting all my issue areas. I left feeling relaxed and “unknotted”. I was extremely satisfied with the atmosphere and massage but more importantly the staff. Top notch. So impressed that I bought a package, so I’ll be back for sure.

Cecilia is my favourite, not only is she the best at her job she is also one of the sweetest women in the world! I highly recommend her.

Of course it takes trial and error to find what therapist is best suited for you, but once you find one you love- your hooked! Cecilia at this location is perfect for me. She is always on time, the room is clean, she is professional, uses deep tissue to my liking and I am able to effectively communicate with her if she I want more/less pressure. She doesn’t talk during a massage which is something I highly value. As someone who talks all day at work, the last thing I want is to have a conversation during a massage. A massage is my me-time and self-care and Cecilia delivers! I have previously went to the location in brewery district and then moved south, and it was not an issue at all to start going to a new location. The people at the front desk are always polite and friendly. I personally like the membership route as I get a massage every month anyways, I might as well save some money on it if I can! I’ve only ever had two issues in 7 years. Once because one of the therapists at this location was not professional and didn’t seem to know what she is doing, to which I talked to the manager about and it was solved professionally. The other time I just had a question about a charge on my credit card, to which was also explained to me professionally as I don’t typically get 90 minutes but I did the one time, so i just needed clarification. I honestly have no complaints about massage heights. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and family.
