Jilly's Boutique - Edmonton

Would definitely recommend stopping in if you are looking for a gift. Staff was friendly and helpful and selection of product was awesome. Store was clean and organized and everything was layed out well for me to browse through.

The store has a limit of 3 customers in at a time. I waited in line, as there were 3 people in the store already and a group of 3 in front of me, waiting to get in. 2 customers left, and the store let in the group of 3 (so now there were 4 people in the store). As I looked through the window while waiting, it was apparent that the store employees knew the group of 3. It started to rain and I was holding my 4 month old baby in my arms. I waited another 10-15 mins, in some light rain, holding my baby to get in. I figured I had already been waiting for awhile, what was a few more minutes? I didn't anticipate it would take that long. One of their customers, who was in their store previously but was coming out from another nearby store that they went into after, saw me standing outside and said "they have you waiting outside with a baby in the rain? That isn't right! I tried to hurry so you could get in sooner." Once it was finally my turn, I went into the store after waiting around 20-25 mins to get in. Instead of the employee saying something along the lines of "thank you so much for waiting", she didn't even say hello or acknowledge my presence. Instead, she greeted the person who was coming in behind me, who she clearly knew. She continued to chat with her the whole time I was in there. I looked around for awhile and then stood around waiting for someone to come help me (there was one employee doing nothing behind the til, and the other one talking to the other customer). Another woman came in, who again, the employees knew and greeted warmly. At this point, I had been in this store for 10 mins and not even a single hello (it is a very small store so it's a weird vibe when someone doesn't acknowledge you). I went to the employee behind the counter and told her I needed some help. I asked a question which she didn't know the answer to so she said she would ask the other employee. We both stood there for several minutes waiting for the other employee to address us but she continued chatting with the client she knew. At this point, I just said, don't worry about it and that I didn't think this was going to work out. I was there to buy 3 gifts for family and friends which I'm sure would have amounted to a few hundred dollars. As a mom of 3 during Covid, I haven't had a lot of time to get out and shop. Since this store is new to the neighborhood, I thought I would run out and grab some gifts there while I had just my youngest with me but the service in this store was so disappointing. I came to this store because I wanted to support local business, especially during these times. I can understand that there needs to be necessary protocols in place with the amount of people that you can let in a store at one time but for me to stand outside in the rain with my baby while the protocol was broken for other people, which they knew, didn't create a very welcoming experience, paired with the awful experience inside the store. I wouldn't waste my time trying to shop here again.

Love the fun and unique selection of clothing and gifts the girls curate. Always can find anything I need for gifts for my friends. I love the brands they bring in. The staff is always willing to help!

Super cute shop. Perfect place to buy gifts, easily found a gift for a friends birthday, they even did complimentary gift wrapping! The staff member was also super friendly and nice. The price point is a bit higher but the uniqueness and quality of the items make it very much worth it. Will definitely be returning.

A reall cute boutique! I went there for the first time a few wees ago, and I love how clean, fresh, and adorable this shop is. It was a perfect treat for my birthday and I ended up getting a wonferful sunscreen, along with hair items for a good price. Definetly recommend this boutique if you are looing for a cute gift for someone you love, and for yourself.

I saw this boutique for the first time after running errands in the area the other day and decided to pop in and potentially get some Christmas presents. The store itself is cute, but the service is awful. There was 2 girls working and neither one greeted me or acknowledged me in any way. It’s a small enough store that this made me feel awkward. I walked around picking up items I thought were nice, only to find that many items were missing prices, and the ones that had prices were severely overpriced, like a 2-3 times markup from other stores that carry the exact same items. I try and shop local where I can, but between the awful staff and the overpriced items, I won’t be returning.

The best store in Edmonton! They have everything you need for every occasion & every season. This is your go to store to make your house look cute & find the perfect gifts for your family, friends or teachers! The staff is so friendly & helpful. Definitely will be back
