★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disclaimer: this has nothing to do with the product just a specific person. i had an encounter with a blond women (i was unable to get her name) who claimed she owns this place and was incredibly rude. i would never buy from a place where their staff can treat someone in customer service with such disrespect and than try to encourage me to shop here. learn a little something about being nice to people if your going to run a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, super disappointed in this company. The shop is super cute and I had a great experience with them around Christmas time when I bought bulk greenery from them! However, upon my recent visit the florals were super underwhelming- very little selection, the prices were wildly high and the staff were not kind or welcoming. Often kind customer service can overcompensate for overpriced product but that was not provided here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lara from Swish created my bridal bouquet and boutonniere for me and it turned out lovely. It was IDENTICAL to the Pinterest “inspiration” picture I shared with her. She got the exact colour of rose I was looking for and incorporated the eucalyptus leaves like we requested. It was a beautiful bouquet! Our wedding was outside and the bouquet held up really well -- we had only 1 flower droop out of the bunch (it unfortunately snuck its way into a few pictures and video shots before we noticed it and removed it from the bouquet) but other than that the arrangement was beautiful and sturdy! Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hazard notice needed with Swish flower arrangements!
I have cut my fingers 2 times on the chicken wire used for their arrangements - once last year where after I personally went into the store to advise of my injury from the sharp barbs of the chicken wire and then again this season when I pulled the vase forward to water it and my thumb was cut.
There is no warning with the flowers for customers to take care when handling the arrangement and when trying to dispose of the flowers
Today, I called in again to advise of the injury stating customers should be informed of this potential hazard in their arrangements and the Floor Manager suggested that she would advise the owners.
The well being of customers should be a priority when preparing a product for sale. I want my flowers to be an enjoyable and safe experience.
In my opinion, the ONLY solution is to remove the unnecessary hazard and STOP using barbed chicken wire in the arrangements. Other less injurious products can be used in flower arranging. Lucky that I had my tetanus vaccine current.
So nice to hear back from the owners about their offer to customize my arrangements. The safety issue of notification to the the public was not addressed however. I know that there is biodegradable foam available and hope that the removal of chicken wire with barbed edges becomes a thing of the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Calgary and ordered flowers to be delivered in Edmonton. The process was so easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I provided an example of the type of bouquet I wanted, and what they created was absolutely stunning. The delivery charge of $20 is a little expensive for within the city, but otherwise everything was great. I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has an amazing selection of gifts and seem to have a large selection of flowers, can’t stress that enough!
Kim provided me with great service from the beginning of me calling into the store till the very end upon me picking up my flowers.
Only reason I am giving 1 star is because for the absolute costly price tag for the flowers I paid for, I was very underwhelmed, the flowers started dying immediately after 1 day which was super shocking.
A lot of the items in the store are on the higher price point which I really don’t understand why. I purchased a chocolate bar as well for a step price and was again very disappointed for what I paid for.
Overall I personally don’t believe the price point is worth it for anything that you can get in this store.
You’re very much better going anywhere else and paying a fraction for literally the exact same items and also maybe better flower quality. Just my honest opinion.
But the service is amazing from the workers!
