Esso - Edmonton

Worst customer service ever! I went to this station to get gas and chose to get my car washed on March 16th. This car wash has the shortest car wash cycle I have ever seen all my life. Guess what, the car came out unwashed with dirt all around it. I showed it to the cashier and asked for refund or rewash. She looked at the car and said she agree the car is not washed properly and that she will get her manager to call me back ASAP. She said she doesn't have the computer code / right to issue refund of mere $12. I came back and patiently waited for the callback from manager for over a week. No callback from any manager. Then one day I stopped by at the store and spoke to the same cashier again and asked about the manager callback. She said oh she has been out of the town and just came back in. She promised that she has passed along my information to the manager and that she is "very good" at calling customers back. I returned and waited for another 10 days or so. To add to my frustration, once again no callback from the manager. Finally today on April 3rd I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. Manager's name was Heather. I asked if she got my message. She said that she has been out of town for past 4 days and just came back and hence not been able to check on the messages. That makes me believe that they are simply lying and keep telling the same "out of town" story doesn't matter when you go there. I told her that my visit to the store was more than 18 days ago now. She simply did not care and did not respond to my statement. When I explained my situation to her she simply ignored the facts let alone the explanation of no callback. No explanation nor apology! She rather had the guts to say that they only refund for the car wash if there was any technical difficulties that day??? If not technical problems then what else is it that my car was not washed properly? I explained that the promise and expectations that were set up by the original cashier which she did not want to acknowledge or listen to. She further displayed her unprofessional-ism and non-caring attitude by hanging up the phone on me during our conversation. I then called back and spoke to her again and she said all she can do is give me the number for Esso corporate store and that there is nothing else she can do for me. She threatened to hang up on me again if I don't take her useless solution. Poor quality and worst customer service experience ever!!

Great Place. Inside a 7-11 and Also Has Tim Hortons Inside As Well. Wonderful

It's a gas station. The pumps worked and filled up my car. I can say that was a success.

My cards never work at the pumps. Always says wrong pin number and I know it's not. Sometimes I end up going to a completely different gas station

Staff are great - pumps are terrible slow.

Pump would not turn on. Had to get an attendant to come and reset the pump. Ended up getting splashed with gas from the hose because of some malfunction. You would think with the price of gas being so high maintenance would be better??

I usually fill up at this gas station and west end location. I bought a car wash here when I filled up. The car wash expired I told them I hadn't used it but they said no we are not giving u a new one. The same thing happened in the west location on 169 and 87ave the owner just gave me honoured the car wash I bought. I know I won't ever go to this gas station again.

I just wanna appreciate the girl working at the Esso gas station Idk the name but she was wearing red jacket .she is really nice and hard working ..I went there for some gas and lotteries and there was a customer being so rude to her for some lottery things …still she was polite being store so busy ..I just want to say that specially in this time we need to appreciate them working so hard instead being rude to them.
