★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've really enjoyed having a co-op gas bar so close to me but recently had a bad experience. I bought a car wash a couple weeks ago but waited to use it until I could find a less busy time. I finally found a decent time but when I entered the code it was wrong. I phoned in and they told me my code had already been used in spruce Grove. Either someone guessed my code or there is a flaw in their system. The staff told me too bad you've already used it. I won't be using the car wash anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know his name, but there’s one Asian guy that is always super cheerful and he goes out of his way to help me whenever I’m at this location. ALL of the staff are friendly based on my experiences, but I especially want to shout out this guy. I really appreciate his exceptional customer service and friendly, but genuine, demeanor. You can’t get that everywhere these days! So, thank you sir. I’m sorry I haven’t learned your name.

Also, in case anyone was wondering, they sell real slurpees here (called “Big Cool”) similar in consistency and flavor range as 7-11. So, you can get a good slurpee without having to go to a 7-11! That’s a win in my books.
Lastly, speaking of contrasting 7-11, I’m very thankful the floors are NOT sticky here!
I’ve never gushed over a convenience store before. So that’s a thing that’s happening in this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experiences here have always been positive at this co-op location. I love that they do full serve, which is super convenient on colder days. I'm also a huge fan of their gas + car wash deals. The lady that was helping me at full-serve was super sweet. I asked her if the car wash deal was applicable, which it was not, however, she gave me a car wash for free! This was super sweet to me because I would have paid for it regardless! Thanks co-op!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this location regularly and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. In particular, Parminder. He helped me to fill my tires a few weeks ago and is always extremely polite. I hope the owners realizes what great people they have representing their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location for a gas station. They also sell propane and there is an automatic car wash. There are lots of gas pumps so that means you don't have to wait too long. The convenience store carries a variety of drinks and they have a selection of fresh fruit, milk and eggs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service out of all the Co-ops I’ve dealt with. This is the third time that I’ve gone to their ‘we-serve’ pumps and no one came out. On the second occasion I could see the employees chit chatting with no one in-store. I called in and the guy answered and said they were too busy to come out. Too busy doing what though? I thought members come first. I called the manager the following morning and explained what had happened and he took my number and did nothing I guess, since that happened today as well. I wasn’t the only one too, someone else on a different pump ended up leaving too. Anyways, don’t have your service expectation high when going there. I just hope next time their to busy to go out and serve their members, they at least put a sign indicating that so people don’t waste their time.
