With an intimate neighborhood health care service, your health is our number one priority. For that reason we designed a more traditional pharmacy that only carries products that you would expect to find in a pharmacy. Arul Kandasamy is a holder of a doctorate in pharmacy with more than 5 years of research experience in pharmacology, at the University of Alberta. Arul was a pharmacy manager at the Rexall Pharmacy at Ellerslie, and is known for his exceptional customer service and genuine advice on client’s health needs.
Pharmacist Arul lives in the Heritage Valley area, and being close to the community makes it easy for him to make the Chappelle Pharmasave a true neighbourhood pharmacy. Using his years of pharmacology and clinical skills, and with authorization to write prescriptions and administer injections, Arul keeps the community and healthcare his top priority.

I paid for my RT-PCR results to be released within 6 hours because I strictly needed it around this timeframe however I received my results very late. If I had not followed up with them after 2 hours, they probably even wouldn’t have sent it in my email. When I called them about my late results, they weren’t even apologetic for their mistake and just had many alibis. I do not recommend this pharmacy for RT-PCR testing. I have many members and friends planning to travel abroad but sorry I will not advise them to have their rt-pcr in this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, rude, and not true to what they advertise.
I went to this Pharmacy for my PCR test. I took the $120 test that'll give my results in 24 hour because my flight was scheduled more than 24 hours from then. As my flight time came closer, I still hadn't received my results in my email. Naturally I contacted the pharmacy for answers, but they kept telling me they already have sent the results and told me there's nothing they can do to help me, said some unprofessional response, then have put me on hold, but came back on line after 20minutes later. As time passed by, I had to get another test for $200 at the airport because they still haven't sent my results. I crealled again for a refund, but they replied with the answer as before and put me on hold again. They sent my results as we were on the phone, but it was useless already. The results took over 25 hours and became useless by the time they sent it. I wasted $120 in hope to have stressfree flight, but they made it hard for me. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant and I would not recommend this place for any business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you are about to pay the goods/service you buy from this place; or unless you are someone that this Arul guy already knows they will keep you wait forever before they provide what you need. I’ve been going to this place since December to get rapid test done once a week and it is the same story all the time - once you go pick up the test result (which is supposed to be ready in 30mins), he will make you wait for another 10-15 mins before giving the cert. Why? Because like what happened today on my case when I went back more than 1hr later after my test to pick up the result, this Arul guy had to attend first the one who had to pay (money of course), 5 or more phone calls to answer, and a guy who entered the store after me for the same reason as I had. And then blame ME and embarass me infront of other customers for having not written my name legibly that is why it took him time to find my result, while infact my name is also written in bold at the
bottom of the form but apparently he only looks at the top of the page! Same story every week!!! Because I live in the same community, I thought I’d support my neighbors but this Arul guy gives special treatment only to those he knows by name already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really professional staff . I went to get an rush RTPCR test , I got my results with in 6 hours . Every place is charging 200+ for 48 hour turnaround, but this is the only place in Edmonton that does it for 129. Thank you for the quick and professional service .

We ended up having to wait longer than usual due to an error, but other wise excellent service and the lady who was administering the rapid test was delightful and gentle—an overall good place to go.

In fact, the RT PCR test also I did for my travel & they were very good in that service as well. The results came through mail at the appointed time. Highly recommended
