M	Mohammad Reza Vakili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new car wash system is awful. It left dirt in my car. I talked to the manger last Sunday morning(March 17/2019 ) about the problem. But he was not helpful. He does not care customers. One star is more than enough for their service.

I am paying prepaid using the gift card plus the balance using my credit card but the clerk told me she can not do it. Instead she ask me to leave my ID and fill up gas then come back inside again to pay. Most gas stations do prepay first before filling up but this one is backwards. The clerk do not trust me that is why I have to leave my ID. I do not need to leave my ID if she did it prepay. This is kind of hassle on part of the customer when its cold outside.

M	Michael Ferrusi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and great selection in store. Their car wash service is worth the cost since it does a great job cleaning your vehicle. My biggest concern is their pricing of premium gasoline is $0.25 to $0.30 more per liter then regular while right down the street, premium is only $0.15 more per liter from regular. Also, I have found this location to be delayed when other gas stations locally have lowered their prices but this location is quick to respond when gas goes up.

With Google maps and GasBuddy having fuel prices at different stations readily available, and noticing that this station routinely has higher prices (sometimes 6-13 cents a litre more) I will definitely be driving further to the next station, and Shell will keep losing sales
A	Alex Barshay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience with cashier Sidhu a had around 20 lottery to cash out but Sidhu cash out only 5 and after says that he has another customers behind me and was told me to give them go first. Unbelievable. Poor attitude and very rude.
F	Farouq Al-Amad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gas service is pretty straightforward. Automatic car wash is ok, but didn’t clean all the corners such as the bottom area of the doors. Also, it wasn’t an easy experience as you’ll have to step into the store to purchase your choice of car wash service, then drive the car through the line up. The machine that is located right before the car wash area only accepted the service code that is printed on the receipt. It doesn’t accept a credit card payment. Thought I can pay from there and use the push button to speak with the employee on duty to choose the service, but it doesn’t work this way. If you go with the wash & gas offer, you get few dollars off the wash, but it’s a must to fill up before washing the car for the offer to apply.

Most places are 50 cents. I never spend any money in this location anymore because of the lack of respect the owners show their customers.
