1. no price on the product;
2. products are unorganized, some are on the floor, some are broken;
3. cashier manager did not find the exact price after a while, so just provide a price she thinks reasonable. I asked for discount because it is the last piece and got dirty, the manager said no; I asked if the store can clean the dirty part then, she said no. Not a good manger, not a good sells either.
I had to go to the South location to find the one I want. Fortunately, I found a better product at a better price there. The Cashier manager there said he would give me discount if the product is dirty or broken. The staff there even sanitized the product for me. Very good service.
