★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a sturdy table with a shelf to hold our older model TV. I spied a table on a shelf. Not sure if it is some kind of stone finish but we meaured it. It was the perfect size and we sat on it together which meant it could hold 300 lb easily. It was like it was waiting there for us. Only cost $35. They have quite the selection of furniture there with some of the wood showing wear but bargains to be had. Counting customers at the door but it wasn't that busy today and we got in right away. I think you have to wear a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorely disappointed that an organization supposedly dedicated to helping people leave homelessness (who are currently advertising a need for donations) would not accept a quality, solid wood twin bedroom set(headboard/footboard/underbed storage drawers and 4 drawer dresser)from West Coast Kids spouting some foolishness about needing furniture for smaller apartments. It doesn't get smaller than twin size. I can understand no mattresses (which we were not trying to donate) but the furniture!? Yet they'll accept soft furnishings like couches; it's not even logical. Ended up donating to Value Village. What a shame.

I called this store and asked if they had any small, white dressers, which they could not tell me. So, I had to waste an hour to come down here and see that they only had massive brown ones. It took me around 90 seconds to browse the store and see that they didn't have what I was looking for - something the employee could've easily done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When someone makes a donation pick up appointment, it would be great to know in advance that the pick up might not happen. I'm pregnant and can't move anything by myself and we are moving in two days. I needed this furniture out and all I was told after I decided to call was that it was "up in the air". I'm extremely disappointed and I will never recommend this company to anyone after that. If I was told beforehand, I could've figured it out. Moving is stressful, use a different company if you don't want a possible added stress.

$30 for a worn-out chair ! Very unreasonable!
