★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a great experience with this salon even though I was initially excited to go. They have excellent reviews so I decided to get my first balayage done there. Once my hair was done and curled, it seemed okay. But once I got home and straightened my hair, I could see how uneven my balayage was; one side was lighter than the other, some layers had CHUNKS of highlights, and some pieces were toned as a cooler blonde while most are an orange blonde. It was not like the pictures I had shown the stylist I wanted.
I normally do not write reviews, but I had texted this salon the next day asking if I could come in to see if it can be fixed. They had responded that they would get back to me, but never did. I had attempted to call twice more and texted again and haven’t gotten a response. I am going elsewhere for my services and won’t be coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah is amazing! I have fine hair that takes some skill to cut so that it looks good and Sarah does the best job every time. She is also a wizard when it comes to colour. I have never had such a skilled colourist who actually listens to what you want. Beyond being amazing at what she does she is very welcoming and takes the time to get to know you and answer all your questions. Thank you Sarah

If you are looking for an absolutely amazing hairdresser who genuinely listens to her clients, there isn't another person that I would recommend more. You need to see this lady!
