If you ever have to return any items, this store will find a way to reject it.
1. They are very reluctant to accept returns.
You might end up travelling to another store location to process your return.
2. The supervisory staff at billing counters are not customer friendly. For sure they need some coaching in handling customer escalations.

I was looking for a specific candle that i had been looking for a long time and had previously bought from marshalls and a wonderful lady of the name of Youma took her time and assisted me, very kind. store at times does seem a little unorganzied yet i Love the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife loves going to this store and therefore I go as well. Low price for luxury items. It can be a good source of cheaper Italian made pasta sauce and they do taste better. Customer service has always been good in my experience, never had any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The manager Anna is not trying to help customers. Harsh and unfriendly. I came and bought stuff and had to return stuff but only had a picture of my photo ID (informed I had just lost my ID). I had various other pieces of ID on me and she flat out refused. Is this a government office? Disappointing they even ask for ID but even more dissapointing when they can't be sympathetic and flexible about the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite Marshall's locations to shop at. It's clean, well laid out, organized and well stocked but the Staff are always so pleasant and helpful. I went to browse last weekend and ended up trying some dresses on (first time since COVID, lockdowns etc). The Sales Assistant (Zepore) was so sweet, made the effort to get me different sizes, give me some feedback, styling ideas etc. I ended up buying the dresses and the lady at the check out was also very pleasant (Hebony). It's really nice to see and experience at a time when everyone is fighting their own battles and going through so much!
