★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always fine friendly pleasant helpful staff know me by name. Lots of new items on sale plus great new fall stuff. Yea cordurouys are back. BUT no regular leg tight skinnys or big flares. Cant do either?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service at the Ajax location. One of the cashiers was tied up with a long return/exchange order. And as the line to checkout continued to grow another worker just sat there watching and folding clothes, not jumping on a till to help clear the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service during covid! I had to go return a few items, and I hadn't left my house in 6 weeks so I didn't know what to expect.
All the safety measures were clearly laid out on signs and communicated by the sales people. The only problem I encountered were the impatient customers waiting in line. They were quite rude to the people working but the manager explained everything very calmly to them.
Kudos to the new girl and manager who helped me at cash! They were much more professional than I would have been in that situation
