Their items can be pricey so make sure that you save up. Make sure that you ask for gift wrapping if you buy a present. They have great boxes! Happy Shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience there today, even though I don’t usually get much help the few times I’ve been there before, they’ve totally changed and they are very welcoming. Had to try on a bunch of their bags and I felt bad but it’s an investment so I had to make sure I get the right one. The ladies were helpful from beginning to end and they even gift wrapped my new bag for me..love you guys ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did have a negative experience here 3 years ago but things have changed. The staff are all friendly and provide top service. Everything that I’ve bought from Kate Spade has remained my most favourite purchases. The stiletto patent leather boots are my all time favourite and everyone looks when I wear them or will comment how beautiful they look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Window shopping with my family today. I was so impressed by a beautiful blonde girl at this location. We had our two year old daughter with us and this employee made us feel so welcome. She gave my little girl stickers and had her giggling. I felt really welcome in the store even though I was not purchasing anything. I have been looking at a few purses I want to purchase. I was not treated anywhere near as well at any other location, as I was at this location. I will be purchasing my purse from this location because I would love to support a business that gives good customer service. To the lovely girl who served us today, thank you for being such a lovely person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kristin O was such a star. Upon arrival she acknowledged me with a friendly greeting. She helped assist me and was knowledgeable about my needs. She didn’t push me to make a sale which I appreciated, she gave me the freedom to browse around without feeling like I would be judged. When you walk into Kate Spade Wem you get valued and appreciated as a customer unlike the other luxury stores at Wem that don’t give you a welcomed acknowledgment as a customer, make you feel like you can’t look around because you can’t afford. Kristin made the checkout process a breeze and she took the time to help change my shopping information which I appreciated as well. Overall I’m glad my first shopping experience here was positive. It makes me feel confident knowing I can come back and buy again. Cheers Kate Spade Wem! ♠️♠️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upset with the customer service in regards to a purchase that was given as a gift. Exchange policy on gifts is not flexible, so if you are buying anything as a gift make sure the recipient will absolutely love it or they may be stuck with something they don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this store! I walked in and was greeted but after I said I was just browsing, I was left to look around which was nice. When I needed help though I promptly received it! Ahmed was great. He was very engaging and had solid product knowledge, all while not being pushy. I've had positive experiences shopping here before, but today was definitely the best!
