I haven't shopped at this establishment for a long while and so coming here yesterday when going to purchase the items the cashier seemed pretty careless and not friendly. And of course she left sensor tags on them. Therefore when we left the store we started beeping coming out. So the person at the front attended to us just to then again beep showing that they didn't properly check to remove all sensor tags.

I love this store for their clothes and sales. However every single time I come here, I stand in line for at least 25 min. Its the slowest till ever. Even if there is only a few ppl in line it still somehow takes forever. Hire another cashier

Still in disbelief a store would ever allow their staff to treat customers with such disrespect. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had shopping. Cashier was scanning items I didn't want while I wasn't looking, and wouldn't refund me for them even though I HADN'T EVEN LEFT THE TILL YET. The only options she gave me were exchange or credit - still forcing me to pay for items SHE scanned without me looking. Not to mention she was extremely unprofessional about it making me cry in front of the other customers in line. I asked for the manager on duty and she claimed she was the manager, but wouldn't give me her name. Thankfully, I do have the exact date and time this took place along with her employee number on my receipt and will be waiting for my response from head office.

I bought over $50 of clothing 1 DAY AGO from this location. As they are closing forever. There are no fitting rooms and you cannot try on anything at all. The lady at the cash register during the original sale was not only rude but said I had 14 days for exchange or store credit no returns. Okay no problem I’ll try them on when I get home & exchange them if needed the next day - this is what went through my head & I mentioned to my fiancΓ©. I go back today take 30 minutes to go through the store (absolute absurd mess) to find some articles I could β€œexchange” the one shirt that didn’t fit me for. I found 2 items I wanted at similar costs & wanted to exchange 1 top. I wait in an absurd long line cause they only have 3 employees TOTAL. For the African American lady to be absolutely CRUDE & tell me there is no exchange return or store credit option. It’s final sale. I said then why did she circle that part of the receipt where it says exchange & tell us such options. Then I asked for a manager. Manager comes over says it was her who rung me through & she would never say that. That I am lying. I then asked if they could help me find my size in the shirt I wanted to exchange so that I can have my size. They REFUSED to help me find it. Wouldn’t search the system. NOTHING. Their attitude, lack of customer service & disrespect is absolutely disgusting. No wonder they are being SHUT DOWN FOREVER.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they were having a great sale! 3 for 1 so I was able to grab tons of stuff for cheap and they had a pretty good selection!

Managers yelling at staff and customers, staff return yelling at customers. Staff is not cleaning or maintaining store neither is management. Change rooms closes 15 minutes before real closing time Stout longer hair ginger Manager (wouldn't tell me her name) comes asks if I plan on trying on 4 pairs of jeans in my arms (all the same size) tells me they have no return policy and if I want to try them on I have 5 minutes before she closes the empty change rooms. (Store closes in 25 minutes) There are drinks spilled all over the floor in the whole store as well as the change rooms with plastic wrap garbage and broken hangers, EVERYWHERE. Change room lean brunette associate tells everyone(2 people) she is kicking them out in 3 minutes because we are overstaying and they want to be closed (closes in 20 min they are traveling through time different). Tried on size didn't fit, associate comes to door to tell over that she is closing in 2 minutes. She hasn't done anything with the garbage in the fitting rooms but walk around it in circles snipping. I come out I have left my jeans hanging on the walls (to avoid the dirty floors), she snaps directly at me. "You tried these on and now you don't want them!".... No I did want them but I need help and this store refused to help any customer I saw... One lady trys to walk past and see her friends outfit and then the fitting room attendant shrieked at her "You can't be here we close the fitting room in 1 minute." There were at least 6 employees standing behind cash in an empty, dust bunny, orange julius filled disgusting store but that's not why people were leaving. People were exiting the store before close because of manager yelling and the toxic energy provided. As we were leaving the stout longer hair ginger Manager (she wouldn't give me her name) heard me mention writing a review (I said it loudly) and she hustled her body up the stairs to the sticky floor mess she put a big smile on her face stepped around the disgusting surroundings and STILL did not clean it up. She blamed associates. That is not a leader. People mirror behaviour. The behaviour that was mirrored isn't something I would want mirrored every day and I would hope that this isn't a common occurrence. If felt like it was a normal drill. Leaders should provide positive guidance unless positivity is something Urban Behavior resists?
