★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I have had a horrendous experience at this Cleo. My mother went into the store with a skirt that she wished to exchange for another size. They did not have the size she wanted in their store so they put one on hold in the Kingsway store. The store manager, Victoria, was the one to help her. She took the skirt my mam had with her saying that there was one waiting for her in Kingsway. My mam thought this was very unusual but seeing as she is on vacation from Ireland she was unsure how things are done here and so she went along. This lady assured her that this was normal protocol for Cleo. However, she was incorrect! When we arrived to Cleo in Kingsway with nothing but a receipt that Victoria gave her she was met with total confusion! This is not what Cleo do and she could not have the skirt!! After speaking with the store manager at Kingsway, Stacey, who was very competent and understanding we were informed that we needed to get in touch with Victoria to figure this all out. Several phone calls later to Victoria, her regional manager and customer service we were told that there was nothing Cleo would do for us and if my Mam wanted the skirt she would have to pay for it again!!! At no point did anyone say that this could have been a mistake on their part and offer any solution! I was as good as told that my mother stole a skirt from their store!!!! What kind of customer service is that??!!
