★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is great and I usually have an awesome experience there but the cashier I got today was quite short and rude with me for returning multiple online orders even though it was in the return policy that I could return them to the store no problem. There was one item that the tags had been removed so she said i could only exchange which was understandable but she wasn't polite about it and I was just really unhappy with my experience with her today. I was trying to be polite the entire time and was really taken aback by her lack of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store in my opinion with some good customer service (I was told by the man there was a deal on Thursday the 30th and we didn't even have to ask) You can legitimately see the peak between athletic and regular day comfy wear. American Eagle is jeans, tops, athleisure and simply accessories that were designed to make you feel like the best most comfortable towards you as a human being. Aerie happens to be bras, underwear, Activewear and even swim wear and by the looks of it, the size range seems to have something for everybody. You in my opinion may even have something you would need from the four seasons as you've got jeans, leggings in multiple lengths and even oversized, tiny tops and the swimsuits and much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was very clean, all staff were pleasant and you can see their smile through their masks. One staff member however, deserves a special thank you. My wife & I went in to pick out a pair of jeans & I told her that this store was the place to go. She has never been here before. Pyper, the store employee, ran all over the store trying to find us the perfect pair of jeans. We were only planning on buying 1 pair, but because of her we bought 2. Thank you Pyper for being such a wonderful and pleasant person to deal with, you made it the experience that much better for us. I will only go to this American Eagle & to Pyper from now on, as caring & genuine sales associates are very hard to come across nowadays. As a business owner myself, I would hire her in a heartbeat. 15/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store in my view. I bought more stuff here than any American Eagle I've ever shopped at. Great variety of clothing here. You can see that peak between athletic, and regular day comfy wear. Like the atmosphere of this store, and the environment inside is perfect for me. Also the staff are really friendly in this location. Great experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in specifically for a certain style of underwear. I found a few pairs in my size and the colour I wanted - but wanted to get a few more pairs. I went to ask an associate if she could check if there were any in the back and before I could finish telling her the size and colour I wanted - she said “these fit tight so you should size up”. I already had the largest size in my hand and it just didn’t feel right for her to say that to me without knowing what I even wanted. I am a plus size person, and maybe she didn’t mean anything by it at all -
But it was insensitive and left me feeling sad.
