Expected to see shelves that needed restocking but was delighted to see all the shelves full of deliciously tempting favourites I remembered from my childhood in the UK. The lady working there was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is on their customer service over the telephone. Called this weekend on Saturday, November 27, 2018, yea I know a busy day. But it shouldn't matter. Customer service should always be polite.
Call to ask one 2 quick questions:
1) when will they have their M&S Christmas supplies
2) do they have Skip crisps
Reply received from woman with Scottish accent " no I don't have any crisp, M&S supplies are expected do know when exactly and what I will receive"
This is excellent customer service to entice customers to come to your store and purchase from you!...NOT
In addition, we have found in the past that nearly 60% of their supplies are out of or nearly out of date. Best stores for great customer service are in Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a very nice lady working when I went in who helped me pick out chocolate for my Grandmother who loves chocolate and hasn't been back to the UK in quite a long while. She said she loved the chocolate and she had forgotten how good they were. To the lady who helped me, thank you for your help! You are amazing! And the store is great, it was very nice with a lot of selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to rate a -10 but that is not possible. I will never step foot in this shop again. The red headed rude staff member (she may be the owner as far as I know) is the rudest, most ignorant individual I have ever met. She made rude comments about our conversation of which she was not included in. She accused my DIL of saying things she did not say.
When we went to check out with several items she continued her rude comments so we told her we no longer wished to purchase items from someone who did not respect her customers , she replied with "mission accomplished". Apparently her mission is to chase customers away from her store with her horrible attitude. Don't waste your time here.
